Il est le gestionnaire des crédits et est chargé de la liaison avec les services spéciaux du Département d’Etat ainsi que de la supervision générale des activités du personnel administratif et technique.

He is responsible for managing the staff, processing the administrative, financial, material and heritage files of the Embassy. He is the Credit Manager and is responsible for liaising with the State Department's special services as well as overseeing the activities of administrative and technical staff.

Consular Attaché : Mr
He is responsible for issuing consular documents, relations with the Beninese communities of Qatar and the protocol. It is also responsible for the organization of cultural activities, social activities for the promotion of women and the family, decentralized cooperation, relations with universities and public commitments.
Financial Attaché: Mrs Clotilde Poovi Dotoe GABA DATONDJI.
She is in charge of the accounting of the Embassy. As such, it collects revenue and proceeds with the payment of expenses. It ensures the good conduct of the accounts of the Embassy and exercises the role of financial controller.
